Kindergarten through Fifth Grade
Elementary Pillars
During the elementary years, students deepen their understanding of the Four Pillars as they grow academically, spiritually, and socially. They begin connecting faith to action, building strong academic foundations, and discovering how their gifts can positively impact others.
Elementary students actively grow in their Catholic faith through prayer, Mass participation, sacramental preparation, and religious instruction. As students mature, they begin to better understand Catholic teachings and how faith guides daily choices, relationships, and personal character.
The elementary program builds strong foundations across all core subject areas while encouraging creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Students are challenged to become active learners who ask questions, solve problems, and take increasing ownership of their academic growth. Teachers provide both support and encouragement as students build confidence and independence.
Elementary students begin to see service as an important part of living their faith. Through classroom projects, school outreach efforts, and community initiatives, students learn empathy, generosity, and the value of helping those in need. These experiences encourage students to think beyond themselves and care for the world around them.
Leadership opportunities expand throughout the elementary years as students learn responsibility, teamwork, and accountability. Students are encouraged to lead by example through respectful behavior, collaboration, and participation in school life. They begin recognizing how their actions influence others and strengthen their community.
