Forming Faith. Inspiring Excellence. Building Community.

About St. Regis Catholic School

At St. Regis Catholic School, education is more than academics; it is a formation of the whole child. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and guided by a strong Catholic tradition, we partner with families to nurture students spiritually, intellectually, and socially.

From our youngest learners through eighth grade, students are known, supported, and challenged to grow into confident, compassionate disciples of Christ.

St. Regis Catholic School is proud to celebrate over 60 years of excellent education.

Inspired by a saint who served

Our Patron Saint:
St. John Francis Regis

When families join St. Regis Catholic School, they become part of a tradition rooted in faith, service, and community. Our parish and school were named in 1962 after St. John Francis Regis, a 17th century Jesuit priest whose life reflected a deep love for God and a tireless commitment to serving others.

His example continues to guide who we are and how we form our students each day.

A Life of Faith and Service

St. John Francis Regis was born in France in 1597 and devoted his life to sharing the love of Christ. As a priest and missionary, he traveled from town to town preaching, teaching, and bringing the sacraments to those in need.

He had a special concern for the poor, the sick, and those who were often forgotten. He established schools and charitable works, helped improve the lives of women and children, and reminded all people of their dignity as children of God. His compassion and dedication earned him the title “father of the poor.

A Lasting Influence on Our Mission

The choice to name our parish and school after St. John Francis Regis reflects a shared commitment to his values. His life reminds us that education is not only about academic growth, but also about forming hearts rooted in faith and service.

At St. Regis, students are encouraged to follow his example by growing in their relationship with God, serving others with compassion, and using their gifts to make a difference in the world.

Living Our Name Each Day

Our name is more than a tradition; it is a calling. As a parish and school community, we continue the legacy of St. John Francis Regis by building disciples of Christ who lead with faith, act with integrity, and serve with love.

Faith. Academics. Service. Leadership.

Our Four Pillars

At St. Regis Catholic School, our Four Pillars of Faith, Academics, Service, and Leadership shape the student experience from preschool through eighth grade. These pillars are woven into daily life, guiding students as they grow spiritually, intellectually, and personally at every stage.

Together, they form a strong foundation for students to live with purpose, grow in confidence, and become individuals of faith and character. In eighth grade, students who exemplify each pillar are honored with the Four Pillar Awards, a meaningful tradition that reflects who we are as a school community.
