Admission forms
The following is a list of admission forms. These forms are also available in the School office.
Registration packet - this is packet contains all of the admissions forms. This packet is given to all new families applying for the coming school year.
Financial policy - this document covers all of the necessary fees that are required for new students/families. It also contains the tuition rates for the coming school and defines elegibility for reduced tuition for Parishoners.
Financial agreement - this document is the agreement form required for all families, it also covers the payment options.
Registration form - this is the registration form that is filled out by each family prior to the start of the school year. New families will be asked to fill out the front of the form when they apply.
